Principles of sharing & posting.

1. When you post an idea, you take full responsibility of it: you  should be the owner and will be considered the owner by us. We are not responsible of ideas posted. Ideas considered offensive can be deleted, labmember files can be blocked.

2. we can keep your work confidential or decide together that it would be good to

   3. get into a commercial deal.
3. stronger in group
   1. addictlab pushes collaborative and out of the box thinking. Where applicable the IP rights belong to the group of people involved in its creational process.

1. Conceptual thinking
   1. When you are invited for an out of the box project, you are selected based on your creative out of the box thinking capabilities and personal interest. You will be invited to work on a project that is not part of your professional life. It might & should get you out of your comfort zone. All people invited will be paid the same fee. Check the invitation and fee, and see if that suits you before taking part.
2. Executional power
   1. When we need your craftsmanship: you are invited to work on a project because of your skills. Pricing should be market conform, but can also take form of a competition, award, etc. Check for the project specifics,  and see if that suits you before taking part.
3. commercial involvment
   1. You do not have to pay a fee to use the Addictlab platform.
   2. You will not be paid a fee to show your work on the Addictlab platform
   3. This doesn’ count  for companies, organisations and individuals wanting to use the platforms for commercial purposes (advertising, collaboration, brainstorming, as these will be budgeted and agreed on a case by case basis.
   4. This does not count for projects , brainstorming sessions, that you can be invited to take part, for which you can be paid a certain fee. This depends on the scale of project and is evaluated case by case.
