The "Mesoglea Glass" draws its name from the the translucent body of deep sea creatures. Following their body plan of a transparent digestive system , this glass has a similar way of functioning. It`s inside structure works like a mouthpiece that holds inserted long-drink components such as lemons , olives etc below the fluid surface. Thus those ingredients can be better mixed/ dissolved in the fluid. Put short, "Mesoglea" mixes the drink while drinking -which makes it a symbiotic object in this respect. It`s outer shell is designed to refract the light coming from certain angles, giving the impression of bioluminescence.
