Phenomenal Women Global (PWG) is a non-profit organization based in Switzerland and Uganda, with focal points in Zimbabwe, South Africa, USA, UK, Italy, and France. Its mission is to connect, advance and empower women and girls by supporting their personal and professional growth; developing leadership skills; coaching and mentoring. 
 
PWG creates safe spaces to discuss strategies to attain Gender Equality (SDG5); from women advancing in leadership, career and business and the potential challenges faced, to eliminating discrimination against women and, gender-based violence. By placing emphasis on leadership training and mentoring, especially for women from underserved communities, PWG seeks to promote their participation in decisions that affect their lives, at the national and global levels.
